What we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
What we hold
For couples: your name, email address and the wedding details you enter. For guests: only what the couple adds — usually a household name and the names of the people invited — plus anything a guest chooses to submit in their RSVP.
Why we hold it
Solely to run the wedding site the couple has asked us to run. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build profiles.
Guest data belongs to the couple
The couple controls their guest list. They can export it and they can delete it. Deleting a wedding deletes every guest record attached to it, permanently.
We send sign-in links to couples, and confirmations to guests only where a guest has given an email address for that purpose. We never send unsolicited mail to a guest.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. If a wedding has been inactive for twelve months after its date, we will email the couple before removing it.
Your rights and how to ask
You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or its erasure by writing to hello@mynikah.love. We will respond within thirty days.
